A quiet coaching room

Practice

Coaching

Private, one-to-one work for people in the middle of something significant.

The Practice

A steady room for unsteady seasons

Coaching with me is not motivational. It is careful, structured attention to the thing you have been carrying alone, whether that is a decision, a role that no longer fits, or a loss that has not been given room.

Sessions are private and confidential. We work in a series rather than one-offs, because meaningful change needs continuity, and we agree the shape of the work together before we begin.

The Approach

Listening first, structure second

I bring the discipline of mediation into coaching. Name what is actually happening, separate positions from interests, and then build something workable.

You will leave each session with clarity you can act on, not a list of affirmations.

Who I Work With

Areas of focus

01

Identity and Belonging

For people who have achieved a great deal and still feel unplaced. We work on the gap between the role and the person inside it.

02

Life and Career Transitions

Promotions, exits, relocations, reinventions. Transitions share a structure, and it can be navigated deliberately rather than survived.

03

Professional Burnout

For high performers running on reserves. We look honestly at capacity, boundaries, and what needs to change before something breaks.

04

Grief and Loss

Grief does not stay outside working life. This is space to carry it without pretending, and to find a way forward that is yours.

You do not have to arrive with the words for it. You only have to arrive.
